According to the clock, I've been awake a little over 11 hours today. My body, however, knows that west coast clocks are big fat liars, and I've actually been up for more than 14. Not the longest day ever, that's for sure. Heck, probably not even my longest day this week. And yet, I am so damn tired. I mean, it's not even bedtime at home - and barely happy hour here - and I could easily sleep the night away. Is it possible to have instant jet lag when only traveling three time zones?
